Joe Dawidziak – Redondo Beach District 1 City Council Member (Former), Rolf and I worked together on behalf of the citizens of Redondo Beach for over two years while both serving on the City’s Charter Review Committee. As such, I got to observe and interact with him on many matters of municipal concern. Because of that experience, I have formed opinions about him: his solid character; his concern for our community; but most importantly his solid integrity. Rolf possesses, what I believe are necessary, qualities that Public Representatives should have. From my observations, I have formed the opinion that: Rolf remains civil in confrontation; values community norms; is involved and most importantly informed. I believe that the most functional government is local, Rolf is fully engaged locally and expresses a critical desire to do good for our community..
